My name is Kazlynn, the creator of strongsexyself.com.
There is zero reason women should not be living their best life, in health and with confidence!
A better life is far more simple to achieve then we truly realize, be it adding more activity, finding mental clarity or purpose, improving ourselves, eating better, you name it!
I created this site with that in mind so women have the help they need, brought to them in extremely simple terms without fussy diets, daily routines, or complicated workouts AND highlight the importance of self care, positive thought, and healthy practices.
I’ve enjoyed working closely with many women, building fitness routines that match their level and lifestyle and incorporate lasting eating habits.
I have an innate passion for physical health, down to my hobbies, like snowboarding and training horses. A large portion of my life and career was and remains dedicated to understanding the dynamics of physical health through fitness, it’s many avenues and types, and how to make it an enjoyable experience rather then an avoided task.
I have always enjoyed staying active. As a youngster I played volleyball, baseball, soccer, ran the relay and threw javalin. I hiked and rode horses all the time. My sophmore year in highschool I was introduced to weight lifting and by senior year ranked second strongest female in the school!
My love for fitness kept me strong through an eating disorder (recovered within 24 months) and I was able to land a job as a gym manager by age 20. My health stayed intact with two pregnancies and I was able to get hot and heavy with weights again by age 27, gaining 20 pounds of lean muscle in less then 6 months!
The other element of this site I want to share is making sure that, while placing our effort and time into a healthier lifestyle, we also create a successful daily routine that helps us climb to our greatest potential! Keeping that fire in our soul in order to live fully is, in my honest opinion, the most important part of our daily acitivity.
Every day we should be making strides (no matter how small) towards goals and aspirations, be it in our business, home, or self, and my goal is to help women build their personal roadmap to help navigate the stresses and surmounting responsibilities that us adults constantly question, fear, and often neglect.
We are brave for wanting to change for the better and do better for ourselves, and well, I’m here to cheer you on!
When I’m not creating content you’ll find me at the gym, with my horses or in my garden, playing with my four english mastiffs and pittie, spending time with my kids, and just plain living life to the fullest I can.
You have the opportunity to live and enjoy a life free of fad diets, enjoy delicious food, and still achieve and maintain a body that is strong and you feel sexy in, no matter your age or lifestyle. Even if you’re experienced in the game of staying fit, I’d love to offer you fresh ideas for your weightlifing plans, make some killer meals together and just be a friend to talk shop with!
