Written by Jen Sincero this books embodies ones ability to find their inner power. Jen is funny and clever, I am constantly laughing at her witty and hysterical rapport. It’s about becoming self aware and also inspires one from any walk of life to focus on what drives us, our inner heart. She recounts many in situations who had nothing and made themselves great. Try also “You Are A Badass Every Day” and “Badass Habits” also both by Jen Sincero.

#2 Wallace D Wattles Trilogy: The Science of Getting Rich, The Science of Being Well, The Science of Being Great

Written in 1910, these books are the formula, scientifically proven to get what you want. Hands down, BEST self help books I have ever read. There are many of these narrated in Audible, my favorite is read by Brian Holsopple. If you’re inclined to eat better or physically feel better, read The Science of Being Well. Want to earn more money, read The Science of Getting Rich. For mental unstoppability, read The Science of Being Great. I have listened to these over and over again.

#3 The Universe has Your Back

By Gabrielle Bernstein. Gabby has made a profound impact for women around the world concerning mental strength and overcoming fear. The book is no exception. It spoke to me on realizing so much is out of our control and to gain faith that the univere serves us. She is upbeat and no bullshit.

#4 May Cause Miracles

Also by Gabrielle Bernstein. The title speaks for itself and it works.

#5 The Power of Now

By Eckhart Tolle. This man is brilliant and speaks from a place of calm understanding. His teachings are almost other worldly. Another title I strongly recommend of his once finished is “Practicing the Power of Now”. This puts his teachings into practice, correcty and thoughtfully.

#6 Hardcore Self Help: F**k Depression

AND…

#7 Hardcore Self Help F**k Anxiety

Both written by Robert Duff who has a docterate in clinical psychology and is from southern California. He says “I write the way that I like to read. To the point, funny, and informative”, and that’s exactly what you’ll find here. No gimmicks or filler language. Very straight forward and a hoot to read.

#8 The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People

Written by Stephen R. Covey. An oldie but goodie, I’ve seen this book on relatives shelves and in the hands of young adults. The 7 Habits still stands the test of time. Applying mental and physical life lessons to various areas in family relationships and career relationships. This book is definitely versatile and extremely valuable.

AND…. Audible podcast series - Habits for Happiness - 10 Daily Steps for Living Your Happiest Life

Not a book, this is podcast offered on Audible so if you haven’t made the decision to join, this is one to do it for. Doctor Tim Sharp (aka Dr. Happy) gives you 10, 20 minutes each, individual tips to overcome being down and improve your happiness. I liked to listen to one each day to allow me to concentrate on the tip and be mindful throughout the day. This is a great way to practice applying singular techniques to improve mood and inevitably improve your life.
